Captain Conner Bryant
Captain Conner Bryant, owner of Tidal Waters Guide Service, has dedicated his life to fishing, a passion that began in the saltwater marshes and creeks of the Carolinas and expanded to the open ocean. Introduced to fly fishing by his grandfather at age 10, his love for the sport only grew stronger. He started as a mate on charter fishing boats in his early teens and later served in the U.S. Coast Guard. Now, as a licensed 50-ton Master, 200-ton Mate, and certified Able-Bodied Seaman, he shares his expertise through Tidal Waters Guide Service. Running a Hell’s Bay Guide skiff, Captain Conner specializes in fly and light tackle fishing near Charleston, SC. His mission is to educate, inspire, and introduce anglers to the thrill of saltwater fishing in the Lowcountry.
Captain Mini Schulte
Captain Mini is a dedicated fly fishing guide with a deep knowledge of Charleston's tidal waters. She fell in love with fly fishing at age 7 when her dad first put a fly rod in her hand. Since then, her passion for chasing new and unique species has taken her around the world, but she calls the Lowcountry home.
Captain Mini specializes in saltwater fly fishing, helping anglers of all levels target redfish, speckled trout, and other coastal species. These days, she loves chasing redfish, sheepshead, and sharks on the fly, as well as marsh hen hunting during the flood season. As a licensed captain with a 25-ton Master endorsement, Mini runs a 2022 Salt Marsh Heron 16. Her friendly approach makes every trip enjoyable, whether you're a seasoned fly caster or picking up a rod for the first time.
