After a long day of fishing the last thing most people want to do is have to follow some fancy recipe from online where you have to scroll through the history of breadcrumb making just to get to the recipe you're looking for. So, here is my go-to recipe for flounder.
Step 1: Obtain fish
This guy was caught with Voodoo shrimp fishing the base of oyster beds.
Step 2: Prep Fish
For Flounder I like to head, gut, and scale the entire fish. Then cut the tail off and score it. Get a box of Shake 'N Bake Parmesan crusted and a couple of lemons
Step 3: Crust it
Powder the fish down well in the Shake 'N Bake then add to a greased baking sheet. Add a couple of lemon slices and spoon full of butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the flounder.
Enjoy!
